Where’s my baby?
Synopsis:
"Where's My Baby" is a workshop catering to couples who are married but have not been blessed with children, couples who have children, and individuals who wish to take benefit and learn.
For many childless couples, the inability to conceive can be an overwhelming and distressing experience. This is especially so when encountering insensitive remarks and prying questions and other societal pressures. As a result, many individuals withdraw from social interactions, becoming increasingly isolated and experiencing a decline in their overall well-being.
Likewise, couples who have children may struggle to communicate their joy and experiences without unintentionally causing pain or exclusion.
This workshop addresses the emotional and social challenges faced by childless couple. The aim is to provide guidance for participants to learn effective coping mechanisms to manage the emotional rollercoaster associated with childlessness, and how to counter insensitive moments and even “well-meaning comments” - with confidence and resilience.
This workshop also provides insights on how couples with children can best navigate conversations with childless couples with empathy and sensitivity.
The workshop will be held on our premises and conducted in English. Also kindly note that this is strictly an adults-only workshop, we regret to say that no children will be allowed within the premises during the sessions.
