REcite - 25th Intake

A beginner-friendly Qurʾān recitation course for youths and adults

Would you like to be able to read the Qurʾān in Arabic without depending on transliterations?

Many people want to recite the Qurʾān, but they do not know where to begin.

Some can recognise a few Arabic letters. Some memorised al-Fātiḥah and short sūrahs by listening. Some read duʿāʾ and żikr through transliterations. Some have always wanted to learn, but kept delaying because they felt shy, too old, too slow, or too far behind.

REcite is a beginner-friendly online course designed to help youths and adults build the foundations of Qurʾān recitation step by step.

This course is not about rushing. It is not about embarrassing anyone. It is not about expecting you to know everything before you begin.

It is for those who want to start properly, learn patiently, and slowly build the ability to read the Qurʾān in Arabic with more confidence, care, and love.

Course Overview

REcite is a foundational Qurʾān recitation course for beginners.

Participants will be guided through the basics of recognising Arabic letters, understanding the signs and vowels, pronouncing letters correctly, joining letters together, and reading simple Qurʾānic words and verses.

The course is conducted online in a safe and structured manner, with clear explanations, guided practice, and opportunities for correction.

The aim is to help participants move away from depending only on transliterations, and begin developing the ability to read Qurʾān directly from the Arabic text.

If you have been depending on transliterations for too long, this may be the right time to begin. Come as you are. Even if you are slow. Even if you are shy. Even if you feel like everyone else is ahead. Begin with one letter. Then another. And inshaAllah, step by step, the words of the Qurʾān will no longer feel so far away.
