I registered with ReVamp because of the REcite course. I wanted to learn to read the Qur'an. That is my primary reason. At my late sister's funeral, I had to rely on others to read the various prayers and doas. My knowledge was very limited. I find the "approach" very relaxed and non-judgmental, which was very important to me. The weekly sessions were quite interactive despite the sessions being on Zoom. Upon completing the sessions, I am able to not only recognise the Arabic alphabet, but I can read sentences, albeit slowly. I still have a long way to go, but I am a step closer to my goal. The sessions have actually made me want to learn more. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It is never too late, and do not be shy, as everyone is there to learn.
