UMRAH WITH REVAMP 2026

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to Umrah with Revamp, travelling from 3 to 14 December 2026.

The journey is organised and led by Revamp Enrichment Centre, with travel arrangements facilitated by Alkaff Tarim Travels & Tours.

By submitting your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Package & Pricing

The package rates for the first 15 confirmed participants are:

Double Room: S$4,190 per person
Triple Room: S$3,990 per person
Quad Room: S$3,890 per person

These rates are secured for the first 15 participants under the confirmed group arrangement.

Participants who register after these places have been secured may still join, subject to availability. Their package price may differ depending on the airfare, accommodation and other travel costs available at the time of booking.

Room-sharing preferences will be accommodated as far as reasonably possible, but are subject to availability and final room allocation.

2. Payment

An initial payment of S$2,000 per participant is required by Thursday, 1 October 2026.

The remaining balance must be paid in full by Saturday, 31 October 2026.

By submitting the registration form, you are confirming your intention and commitment to participate in this Umrah journey and to make the required payments by the stated deadlines.

Failure to make payment by the required deadline may result in the booking being released, subject to any costs or cancellation charges already incurred.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

If a participant decides to withdraw after registration or payment has been made, the booking may be eligible for a refund.

Any refund will be subject to applicable cancellation charges, penalties, refund fees and other costs imposed by the airline, hotels and other relevant service providers.

The amount refundable will therefore depend on the costs already incurred or committed at the time the cancellation is received.

Where a refund depends on monies being returned by an airline, hotel or other service provider, the refund may only be processed after the relevant amount has been received from that provider.

Bookings are non-transferable. A participant's booking, airline ticket or place on the journey cannot be transferred to another person.

4. Flights, Hotels & Itinerary

Flight schedules, accommodation, transportation, itinerary and other arrangements may be changed due to operational requirements or by airlines, hotels, authorities and other service providers.

Where significant changes occur, participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

Revamp Enrichment Centre and Alkaff Tarim Travels & Tours will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternative arrangements where necessary and possible. However, the original flight timings, accommodation, itinerary and other arrangements cannot be guaranteed in the event of circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

Any additional costs, refunds or alternative arrangements resulting from changes by a service provider will be subject to the relevant provider's terms and conditions.

5. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is complete and accurate.

Your full name and personal particulars must correspond exactly with your passport and other official travel documents.

Participants must ensure that their passport meets the applicable validity requirements and must provide all documents, photographs and information required for visa processing and travel arrangements within the requested timeframe.

Any additional costs arising from incorrect information provided by the participant, including errors in names, passport details or other personal particulars, may be borne by the participant.

Visa approval remains subject to the relevant authorities and cannot be guaranteed by Revamp Enrichment Centre or Alkaff Tarim Travels & Tours.

6. Health, Medication & Mobility

Participants are responsible for considering their own health and physical ability to undertake the journey.

Umrah may involve considerable walking, standing, crowds, changes in weather and other physically demanding conditions.

Participants should disclose any relevant medical condition, medication, mobility requirement, dietary requirement or other information that the organisers should reasonably be aware of for their safety and wellbeing during the journey.

Where assistance or special arrangements are required, participants should inform us as early as possible. Reasonable efforts will be made to assist, but not all requirements can necessarily be accommodated.

Participants are responsible for meeting any health or vaccination requirements applicable to travel to Saudi Arabia.

7. Travel Insurance

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance suitable for the journey.

Participants should consider coverage for medical treatment, emergency assistance, trip cancellation, travel disruption, loss of belongings and other relevant risks.

It is the participant's responsibility to understand the coverage, exclusions and conditions of their chosen insurance policy.

8. Participant Conduct

Umrah with Revamp is a group journey.

Participants are expected to cooperate with the group leaders, travel agency, guides and service providers, observe agreed meeting and departure times, and conduct themselves respectfully throughout the journey.

Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings, travel documents and conduct.

Where a participant's actions result in additional expenses, missed transportation, changes to arrangements or other costs, those expenses may be borne by the participant.

9. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Revamp Enrichment Centre and Alkaff Tarim Travels & Tours cannot control events such as airline delays or cancellations, changes imposed by authorities, weather conditions, strikes, closures, changes to visa or entry requirements, hotel operational issues or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where such circumstances arise, reasonable efforts will be made to assist the group and arrange suitable alternatives where possible.

Any refunds, additional charges or alternative arrangements involving airlines, hotels or other service providers will remain subject to their respective policies and terms.

10. Personal Information & Documents

For the purpose of arranging this journey, participants will be required to provide personal information and documents, including passport and identification details, contact information, relevant health information and other information necessary for travel arrangements.

By registering, participants consent to this information being collected, processed and shared with Alkaff Tarim Travels & Tours, airlines, hotels, visa processors, relevant authorities and other service providers where reasonably necessary to arrange and administer the journey.

Participants must ensure that information and documents submitted are accurate and that they are authorised to provide any information submitted on behalf of another traveller.

11. Travel Services & Service Providers

Flights, accommodation, transportation and other travel-related services are provided by the relevant airlines, hotels and other service providers and may be subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Revamp Enrichment Centre's role is to organise and lead the group experience, while travel arrangements and bookings are facilitated through Alkaff Tarim Travels & Tours and the relevant travel service providers.

12. Registration & Acceptance

By submitting the Umrah registration form, you confirm that:

You intend to join Umrah with Revamp from 3 to 14 December 2026.

You confirm that the information and documents you have provided are complete and accurate.

You agree to make the S$2,000 initial payment by 1 October 2026 and settle the remaining balance by 31 October 2026.

You understand that if you withdraw, any refund will be subject to applicable cancellation charges, penalties and refund fees.

You understand that your booking is non-transferable.
