Synopsis:

A two-sessions workshop designed to help parents understand and nurture their children's emotional, spiritual, and developmental well-being from conception through early childhood.

Throughout the workshop, participants will engage in a series of sessions that provide valuable insights and practical tools for effective parenting. The workshop will cover the following key topics:

  • Setting the Intentions for Having Offspring: Understand the importance of setting positive and mindful intentions before and during the journey of parenthood.

  • While Conceiving: Learn about the spiritual and emotional considerations to keep in mind during the conception period.

  • The Three Phases of Their Age: Delve into the distinct developmental stages children go through and the appropriate parenting strategies for each phase.

  • Elements of Influence: Identify and understand the various factors that influence children's growth and behavior, including environmental, social, and parental influences.

This workshop is open to individuals — whether you have kids or not, married or unmarried, singles or couples. It is designed not only to educate but also to inspire parents and those planning to become parents to reflect on their own values and practices. By the end of the two sessions, you will have gained a deeper understanding of how to raise children who reflect the best of your intentions and values, inshaAllah!

The workshop will be held on our premises and conducted in English. Also kindly note that this is strictly an adults-only workshop, we regret to say that no children will be allowed within the premises during the sessions.

Note:

  • You are welcome to perform Maghrib prayer together with us at the venue. This will serve as a valuable lesson, particularly in demonstrating how husbands and fathers can lead their families in congregational prayer. Doors will be open by 7.00pm.
