Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to enrolment and participation in the Bend The Bamboo Kid’s Ground programme conducted by Revamp Enrichment Centre.

We want parents and guardians to be clear about how the programme operates before registering their child. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By completing registration and making payment, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

Programme & Eligibility

  • Bend The Bamboo Kid’s Ground is a children’s moral development programme by Revamp Enrichment Centre.
  • The 2027 intake is open to children aged 7 to 10 years old as of 1 January 2027.
  • Classes are conducted primarily in English.
  • Admission is subject to availability and confirmation by Revamp Enrichment Centre.

Programme Schedule

  • Classes are normally conducted every Saturday from 2.30pm to 5.30pm.
  • The 2027 programme is scheduled to commence on Saturday, 9 January 2027.
  • Classes are held at:

    Victory Centre
    110 Lorong 23 Geylang #05-05
    Singapore 388410
  • Revamp may make reasonable changes to the programme schedule, lesson arrangements or venue where necessary.

Programme Fees

The monthly programme fee is SGD $80.

The initial enrolment payment is not a refundable deposit. It forms part of the programme fees and associated enrolment charges described above.

Payment

  • Registration is only considered confirmed after the required enrolment information and payment have been received.
  • Subsequent monthly programme fees are payable through the payment arrangement communicated by Revamp Enrichment Centre, including GIRO where applicable.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that payments are made according to the agreed payment schedule.

Refunds & Transfers

Places in the programme are limited.

  • Once enrolment and payment have been confirmed, fees paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Any exception will be considered at the discretion of Revamp Enrichment Centre and must be confirmed in writing.
  • Missed lessons do not ordinarily qualify for refunds, fee reductions or replacement lessons.

Withdrawal from the Programme

Parents or guardians wishing to withdraw their child from Bend The Bamboo must provide at least one full month’s written notice.

Withdrawal will take effect from the first day of the following applicable month after the required notice period.

Fees falling due during the notice period remain payable.

Attendance & Punctuality

  • Regular attendance helps children benefit fully from the programme.
  • Parents are encouraged to inform the teaching team when their child will be absent.
  • Parents should ensure that children arrive and are collected punctually.
  • Parents or guardians remain responsible for making suitable arrangements for their child’s arrival and collection.

Conduct & Participation

Bend The Bamboo aims to maintain a respectful, safe and positive learning environment.

  • Children are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, other students and the learning space.
  • Parents may be contacted if a child displays persistent behaviour that significantly disrupts the programme or affects the wellbeing of others.
  • Revamp will generally seek to work together with the family before considering whether continued participation is suitable.

Learning, Medical & Additional Support Needs

Parents or guardians are encouraged to inform Revamp before enrolment of any learning, behavioural, medical or additional support needs that may affect the child’s participation in the programme.

This allows the teaching team to understand the child’s needs and discuss with the family whether appropriate support can reasonably be provided within the programme setting.

Our intention is to work with families openly and respectfully, while also considering the wellbeing of the child, teachers and other students.

Programme Disruptions

If classes are disrupted by circumstances beyond Revamp Enrichment Centre’s reasonable control, including government restrictions, emergencies, venue closures or other unforeseen circumstances, Revamp may make reasonable alternative arrangements.

These may include changes to the schedule, venue or mode of programme delivery where practicable.

Photography, Video & Media

Bend The Bamboo may occasionally photograph or record programme activities for educational, archival or promotional purposes.

Media consent will be requested separately during registration. Parents may indicate whether they consent to their child appearing in such materials.

Declining media consent will not affect the child’s enrolment in the programme.

Personal Information

Information provided during registration will be used for purposes connected with administering the programme, communicating with parents or guardians, managing payments and supporting the child’s participation.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate and current contact and enrolment information.

Safety & Responsibility

Revamp Enrichment Centre will take reasonable care in conducting and supervising programme activities.

Parents and guardians acknowledge that participation in ordinary programme activities may involve normal and unavoidable risks.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit responsibility where such exclusion or limitation would not be permitted under applicable law.

Changes to the Programme or Terms

Revamp Enrichment Centre may update programme arrangements, fees or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.

Parents will be informed of material changes that affect their child’s participation in the programme.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a Bend The Bamboo registration and completing the required payment, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
