After Azan, before sunnah prayers

سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ، سُبْحَانَ اللهِ الْعَظِيمِ، أَسْتَغْفِرُ الله (100x)

Glory be to Allah and Praise be to Him; Glory be to Allah, the Magnificent; I seek forgiveness from Allah. (100 times)

فِي كُلِّ لَحْظَةٍ أَبَدًا، عَدَدَ خَلْقِهِ وَرِضَى نَفْسِهِ وَزِنَةَ عَرْشِهِ وَمِدَادَ كَلِمَاتِهِ

At every moment, forever, to the number of His Creation, to the extent of His Pleasure, to the weight of His Throne, and the ink that it would take to write His Words.

After sunnah prayers, before Iqamah

اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ رَحْمَةً مِنْ عِنْدِكَ تَهْدِي بِهَا قَلْبِي، وَتَجْمَعُ بِهَا شَمْلِي، وَتَلُمُّ بِهَا شَعَثِي، وَتَرُدُّ بِهَا أُلْفَتِي، وَتُصْلِحُ بِهَا دِينِي، وَتَحْفَظُ بِهَا غَائِبِي، وَتَرْفَعُ بِهَا شَاهِدِي، وَتُزَكِّي بِهَا عَمَلِي، وَتُبَيِّضُ بِهَا وَجْهِي، وَتُلْهِمُنِي بِهَا رُشْدِي، وَتَعْصِمُنِي بِهَا مِنْ كُلِّ سُوءٍ

O Allah! I seek such a Mercy from You, whereby you guide my heart, unite me in union, set right all my muddled affairs, return my affections, reform my religion, guard that of mine what is absent from me, elevate what is present with me, purify my actions, whiten my face, inspire the right conduct in me and protect me from all evil.

اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ إِيمَانًا دَائِمًا يُبَاشِرُ قَلْبِي، وَأَسْأَلُكَ يَقِينًا صَادِقًا حَتَّى أَعْلَمَ أَنَّهُ لَنْ يُصِيبَنِي إِلَّا مَا كَتَبْتَهُ عَلَيَّ، وَأَرْضِنِي بِمَا قَسَمْتَهُ لِي

O Allah! I beseech You to grant me continuous faith which enters my heart, and genuine certainty until I know that nothing will affect me except what You have ordained for me, and grant me contentment with what You have Decreed for me.

اَللّٰهُمَّ أَعْطِنِي إِيمَانًا صَادِقًا، وَيَقِينًا لَيْسَ بَعْدَهُ كُفْرٌ، وَرَحْمَةً أَنَالُ بِهَا شَرَفَ كَرَامَتِكَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ

O Allah! Grant me sincere faith, and certainty (of faith) such that no disbelief will follow it, and Mercy with which I obtain the honour of Your generosity in this world and in the Hereafter.

اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الصَّبْرَ عِنْدَ الْقَضَاءِ، وَالْفَوْزَ عِنْدَ اللِّقَاءِ، وَمَنَازِلَ الشُّهَدَاءِ، وَعَيْشَ السُّعَدَاءِ، وَالنَّصْرَ عَلَى الْأَعْدَاءِ، وَمُرَافَقَةَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ

O Allah! I beseech You to grant me patience with (Your) Decree; success at the time of meeting You, the rank of the martyrs, the livelihood of the fortunate ones, victory over the enemies, and companionship with the Prophets.

اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أُنْزِلُ بِكَ حَاجَتِي وَإِنْ ضَعُفَ رَأْيِي، وَقَصُرَ عَمَلِي، وَافْتَقَرْتُ إِلٰى رَحْمَتِكَ؛ فَأَسْأَلُكَ يَا قَاضِيَ الْأُمُورِ، وَيَا شَافِيَ الصُّدُورِ، كَمَا تُجِيرُ بَيْنَ الْبُحُورِ، أَنْ تُجِيرَنِي مِنْ عَذَابِ السَّعِيرِ وَمِنْ دَعْوَةِ الثُّبُورِ وَفِتْنَةِ الْقُبُورِ

O Allah! I present my need to You, even if my opinion is unsound, my action wanting, and I am in need of Your Mercy. I beseech You, O Decider of Matters, and Healer of Hearts, just as You separate the seas from mixing, so should You protect me from the punishment of Hellfire, and from the call of destruction, and the trials and tribulations of the graves.

اَللّٰهُمَّ وَمَا ضَعُفَ عَنْهُ رَأْيِي، وَقَصُرَ عَنْهُ عَمَلِي، وَلَمْ تَبْلُغْهُ نِيَّتِي وَأُمْنِيَتِي مِنْ خَيْرٍ وَعَدْتَهُ أَحَدًا مِنْ عِبَادِكَ، أَوْ خَيْرٍ أَنْتَ مُعْطِيهِ أَحَدًا مِنْ خَلْقِكَ؛ فَإِنِّي رَاغِبٌ إِلَيْكَ فِيهِ وَأَسْأَلُكَهُ يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ

O Allah! Whatever my intellect cannot comprehend, and my actions cannot achieve, and my intention and desire cannot realise, of good that You have promised to the servants, or granted some of Your creation, then it is this good that I desire from You, and I ask it from You, O Lord of all the Worlds.

اَللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْنَا هَادِينَ مُهْتَدِينَ، غَيْرَ صَالِّينَ وَلَا مُضِلِّينَ، حَرْبًا لِأَعْدَائِكَ، وَسِلْمًا لِأَوْلِيَائِكَ، نُحِبُّ بِحُبِّكَ النَّاسَ، وَنُعَادِي بِعَدَاوَتِكَ مَنْ خَالَفَكَ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ

O Allah! Make us of those who guide aright (correctly) and are guided aright; who are neither misguided nor misguide others; who are at war with Your enemies, who are at peace with Your friends; we love with Your Love those of mankind who love You; and we loath with Your Loathing, those who are disobedient to You from among Your creation.

اَللّٰهُمَّ هٰذَا الدُّعَاءُ وَمِنْكَ الْإِجَابَةُ، وَهٰذَا الْجُهْدُ وَعَلَيْكَ التُّكْلَانُ، وَإِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ، وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ؛ ذِي الْحَبْلِ الشَّدِيدِ، وَالْأَمْرِ الرَّشِيدِ، أَسْأَلُكَ الْأَمْنَ يَوْمَ الْوَعِيدِ، وَالْجَنَّةَ يَوْمَ الْخُلُودِ، مَعَ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ الشُّهُودِ، اَلرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ، وَالْمُوفِينَ لَكَ بِالْعُهُودِ، إِنَّكَ رَحِيمٌ وَدُودٌ، وَأَنْتَ تَفْعَلُ مَا تُرِيدُ

O Allah! This is the supplication, and from You is the response; and this is the effort, and upon You is the reliance, and to Allah we belong and unto Him we shall return; and there is no Might nor Power, save in Allah, the Most High, the Magnificent;the Owner of the powerful covenant and the Director to the right path; I beseech Your security on the Day of Reckoning, and (I beseech Your) Paradise on the Day of Eternity along with (Your) close witnesses, and those who bow down and those who prostrate, and those who fulfil Your covenants; for You are Most Merciful and Most Loving and You do whatever You wish:

سُبْحَانَ مَنْ تَعَطَّفَ بِالْعِزِّ وَقَالَ بِهِ، سُبْحَانَ مَنْ لَبِسَ الْمَجْدَ وَتَكَرَّمَ بِهِ، سُبْحَانَ مَنْ لَا يَنْبَغِي التَّسْبِيحُ إِلَّا لَهُ، سُبْحَانَ ذِي الْفَضْلِ وَالنَّعَمِ، سُبْحَانَ ذِي الْقُدْرَةِ وَالْكَرَمِ، سُبْحَانَ ذِي الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ، سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي أَحْصَى كُلَّ شَيْءٍ بِعِلْمِهِ

Praise be to Him who has worn the attire of honour and manifests it; Praise be to Him who has worn the garment of Glory, and bestowed it upon others; Glory be to the Glorious One, to Whom none but He deserves to be Glorified, And Glory be to the Owner of Bounty and Favour. Glory be to the Owner of Power and Generosity. Glory be to the Owner of Sublimity and Honour. Glory be to the One Who accounts for everything through His Knowledge.

اَللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْ لِي نُورًا فِي قَلْبِي، وَنُورًا فِي قَبْرِي، وَنُورًا فِي سَمْعِي، وَنُورًا فِي بَصَرِي، وَنُورًا فِي شَعْرِي، وَنُورًا فِي بَشَرِي، وَنُورًا فِي لَحْمِي، وَنُورًا فِي دَمِي، وَنُورًا فِي عِظَامِي، وَنُورًا فِي عَصَبِي، وَنُورًا مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيَّ، وَنُورًا مِنْ خَلْفِي، وَنُورًا عَنْ يَمِينِي، وَنُورًا عَنْ شِمَالِي، وَنُورًا مِنْ فَوْقِي، وَنُورًا مِنْ تَحْتِي

O Allah! Bring light into my heart, light into my grave, light into my hearing, light into my sight, light into my hair, light into my skin, light into my flesh, light into my blood, light into my bones, light into my nerves, light into my hands, light behind me, light on my right, light on my left, light above me and light below me.

اَللّٰهُمَّ زِدْنِي نُورًا، وَأَعْطِنِي نُورًا، وَاجْعَلْ لِي نُورًا، وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلٰى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلٰى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ

O Allah! Increase me with light; grant me light; make my being light. And may the Blessings and Peace of Allah be upon our master Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions.
