RevampCare Enrichment Programme

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) set our commitments to you and your child, and your obligations to us, so that learning can be achieved to everyone’s satisfaction. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before the completion of your child’s enrolment to our programmes. Full and complete booking is regarded as your acceptance to comply with our T&Cs and Privacy Policy.

 

 1. points to note

  • Registration is open to primary 1 to Secondary 2 students (ages 7 to 14 in year 2022)

  • Please submit name of parent and child as per Identification Card / Birth Certificate

  • Please ensure your email is spelt correctly, for the confirmation email to be sent to you

  • Your child’s enrolment into our programme is confirmed only upon registration on our website, together with the full payment of the programme fees.

2. FEES

  • Registration fee: $90.00 (one-time, non-refundable)

  • Monthly programme fee: $210.00 / month . The monthly fee for the 1st month of enrolment is payable upon the online registration.

  • Deposit fee: Registration fee + 2 months programme fees for June and December = $510.00 (payable before commencement of programme). Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Subsequent monthly fees are to be paid via GIRO. Parents are to arrange for GIRO payments with their respective banks. REVAMP’s bank details will be furnished in the confirmation email.

  • Monthly fees are continuously payable throughout the year (except on June and December) regardless of the student’s attendance at any point of time.

LATE / OUTSTANDING FEES

  • Monthly fees are due and payable by the 7th day of the month. Parents are to notify REVAMP should they be unable to settle the fee on the assigned date.

  • If GIRO deductions are unsuccessful, parents are to make payment via Bank Transfer to REVAMP’s DBS ACCOUNT: 072-494500-0, latest by the 23rd day of the month.

  • In the event that the amount due is still not paid after the final reminder, REVAMP holds the right to terminate our services.

3. Refund Policy

  • Places for this programme is highly limited and in order to ensure that only committed parents are reserving their children’s places, we will deem every registration and payment made as final. As such, once the enrolment of your child has been confirmed, no refunds will be allowed. The registration fee and the three months fee deposit paid are non-refundable. This policy applies to situations in which your child fails to attend the programme either in part or in full.

  • Any deviation from this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in witting, and subjected to REVAMP’s approval, and processing charge of $30.00.

4. Withdrawal Policy

  • For withdrawal from the programme, parents/guardian are required to officially provide a one month written notice to REVAMP . Withdrawal will only take effect on the first day of the month.

  • No transfer of enrolment is allowed.

5. Programme Cancellation

  • In the event of a public health lockdown or medical emergency, or situations that require REVAMP’s programme to be discontinued by relevant Singapore authorities, REVAMP will not be obliged to refund all or part of the fees for any period of closure. REVAMP will make arrangement, where practicable, to ensure continuity of the programme activities, via online medium.

6. Proper Conduct of Individuals and termination

  • REVAMP respects our students and staff. We do not condone abusive language or behaviours towards our students and staff. We believe very strongly in creating a learning environment that is harmonious and respectful to every individual.

  • REVAMP will attempt to assist the student to the best of effort. However, REVAMP holds the right to terminate our services in unique circumstances when a student is deemed incompatible with the smooth conduct of the programme or well-being of the other students. These circumstances include disruptive behaviours, bullying of other students, and special needs not informed to REVAMP prior to enrolment.

  • Student’s attendance will be taken. REVAMP holds the right to terminate our services if the student’s attendance is unsatisfactory (less than 70% attendance per month).

  • Students who are absent without leave for 30 days will be terminated. Students who wish to re-register will be subjected to REVAMP’s approval, and will be required to make a new payment of the registration fee.

7. ENRICHMENT PROGRAMME MATTERS

  • Tea-breaks will be provided.

  • Students are encouraged to make their ablution at home before coming to REVAMP.

  • Students are to bring along their water-bottles and personal prayer mats and telekong for the girls, or to wear “Solat-ready” attire.

  • Students are required to bring their files and own writing materials (pen/pencils and exercise book) every time they come for class.

  • Students are to participate in all programmes and learning trips. In circumstances where the student is not able to join, parents are to make other own arrangements.

8. SCHOOL AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

  • Refer to the REVAMP one year calendar for the programme days and holidays - which will be given to the students on day one of class.

9. Safety POLICY

  • In light of the COVID-19 situation and the safety measures, there will be no inter-mingling during the sessions.

  • Students must wear their masks at all times.

  • We take our duty of care and your child’s safety very seriously. In the event of an accident or illness, we will administer first aid and all necessary medical assistance to your child. This includes seeking medical emergency services and ambulance transport if necessary. In such event, REVAMP will bring your child to the nearest hospital or clinic. Parents will be notified immediately. Medical expenses and any other related costs incurred by the student will be borne by the parents.

  • REVAMP accepts no liability for any mishap or personal injury sustained or suffered by the child while providing its services.

  • REVAMP will also not assume responsibility for the supervision of the students outside of the stipulated programme periods. It is recommended that students arrive 10 minutes before the start of each activity and should be picked up punctually at the end of the activity.

  • Your enrolment in the REVAMP’s enrichment programme is deemed full consent to our Safety Policy.

10. HEALTH DECLARATION

  • In safeguarding the students, patrons and staff against Covid19, we are implementing the following precautionary measures at the Centre:

    • Visual screenings will be conducted for all visitors. Visitors having fever and/or symptoms of Acute respiratory infection (ARI), will not be allowed to enter.

    • Your child is NOT serving an IO, SHN or awaiting a COVID-19 swab test result.

    • Your child is NOT experiencing symptoms of acute respiratory illness (e.g. cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, muscle pain or body aches, headache, or chills) or other respiratory illnesses.

    • Your child is NOT issued with Health Risk Warning by MOH or if issued with HRW, has a valid 24-hour negative ART result before attending.

11. Medical Conditions

  • You are obliged to inform REVAMP of any pre-existing medical condition(s) and allergies your child has, especially that requires dedicated attention.

  • Your child’s safety and well-being are our utmost priority. REVAMP reserves the right to exclude your child from participating in activities that may adversely affect your child’s medical or health conditions.

12. Students with Special Needs

  • REVAMP strives to provide full participation for each student, so that every student can have fun in the activities. The needs of each child differ. REVAMP’s policy is to cater to the needs of all children where practicable. We request parents with special needs to advise and consult REVAMP prior to booking so that discussions can be made with the relevant support to be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

13. Photography and Videos

  • REVAMP will take photographs and videos of the children for education record, training or/and marketing purposes.  They may also be used in our marketing materials, social media platforms or/and website. If you have objections to photographs and videos being taken and used for marketing materials, please advise REVAMP via email at contact@revamp.sg.

14. Data Protection and Personal Details

  • By registering for our enrichment programme, you consent to REVAMP for collecting, using, and retaining personal data. And you agree to us sharing marketing materials of our programmes with you via email, SMS, Whatsapp and other platforms. In addition, the data will be used to facilitate the proper conduct of the programmes and where necessary, to comply with relevant legal or regulatory obligations of REVAMP . You consent to REVAMP for the collection, use and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and our Privacy Policy

Acknowledgement

We may modify these T&Cs from time to time on Our Website. Your signing up for our programme, shall be deemed to be your acceptance to future modification of our T&Cs.
