Shepherd of The Flock

Synopsis:

This two-part gathering is not a class. It is a space to reflect, to pause, and to speak honestly with ourselves and each other about the children we are raising, and the kind of people we are becoming in that process.

Whether you are already a parent, planning to be one, or simply someone who cares deeply about the next generation, you are welcome. Together, we will explore the emotional, spiritual, and hidden layers of parenting. Not to find perfection, but to walk with more sincerity, presence, and connection.

Children are not raised in isolation. They are shaped not only by our parenting, but by the people, places, and culture around them. They need more than our love. They need a village rooted in remembrance, mercy, and shared values. This year, we invite you to reflect with us not only on the child, but on the environment, the influence, and the legacy we are quietly passing on.

Some of the themes we will reflect on include:

Who Raised You
A space to pause and examine our own upbringing, what shaped us, and how that continues to echo in how we show up as parents or caregivers today. Awareness brings choice. And healing ourselves helps us raise with presence, not pain.

Invisible Inheritance
Every parent passes something on. Some things are spoken. Others are absorbed. We reflect on what our children may be inheriting from us emotionally, spiritually, and culturally, and what needs to be purified before it continues.

When They Start to Question
How do we respond when our children begin to think differently or ask hard questions about faith and life? This session explores how to keep hearts connected even when their thoughts begin to stretch and grow.

It Takes a Village
Children are deeply shaped by the people and spaces around them. We reflect on the kind of environment we are building. Who surrounds them. What they hear. What they see. And how to nurture a village that reminds them of who they are.

Elements of Influence
We revisit what truly shapes our children, from the unseen emotional climate at home to the values embedded in friendships, media, and community life.

This is not about formulas. It is about honest conversations, quiet reflections, and reminders we often forget in the rush of daily life. Come as you are. With your questions, your fatigue, your hopes, and your heart.

We welcome you to sit with us, wherever you are in your journey.

Note: This is an adults only workshop conducted in English. We kindly request that no children be brought to the premises during the sessions.
