Bend The Bamboo!
DESCRIPTION
The theme of this Holiday Programme is taken from the Malay proverb: "Melentur buluh biarlah daripada rebungnya", which means: Bend the bamboo while it's still a shoot (when it's soft and pliable). In English, it is the equivalent to " Strike the iron while it's hot".. It means in order to mold someone's character, it should be done while they are still young and teachable.
This programme aims to help build a strong sense for children to develop physically, mentally, socially and emotionally - as a Muslim, inshaAllah!
Tailored for primary 1 to 6 students, it will be fun and interactive yet intensive . Here are some highlights of the contents:
reminded about the “status” of their parents and the manners a child should have towards them
shown how “akbar”(great) Allah is and how we should “treat” Him
learn why Islam is the truest religion and that being a Muslim is cool
and many more!
